• Equipment: Wafios 2 and 3 axis wire forming and butt-welders, schlatter grid and mesh welders, Schlatter multi-axis welder, robotic MIG-welding, programmable fixture routing, automatic press feeds, press brakes, ring machines, straight and cut, and chamfering machines.
• Facility: 60,000 square feet in manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet in warehouse space.
• Design and Development:  Two CAD systems; Solid Works and AutoCAD specification review on all new jobs; prototypes and samples as required.
• Materials:  Cold rolled steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, tubing and wire.
• Gauges:  Wire sizes range from .060" to .500" diameter; sheet metal ranges from .020" to .250" thick.
• Tolerances: +.030" is standard; down to +.010" where practical.
• Manipulation:  Straightening, cutting, forming, bending, resistance welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, chamfering, ring-coiling, beading, coining, stamping, swaging, punching, threading, drilling, milling, etc.
